I received several emails regarding my windshield installation. When I got there, I was told that it would be about 2 hours. I was just a little over 2 hours waiting. I heard the receptionist tell another customer that they only had 1 guy working. Hummm. I was a little surprised. Last time I was in at Safelight, I was given a can of spray windshield cleaner. It was great to use, and I have used it dozens of times. I was sad that it was not offered this time.

I lost count of the number of texts, emails and calls that I received confirming the appointment. It was simply ridiculous and a waste of time. I get why you need to confirm the appointment, but after receiving multiple texts, which I responded to, why the need to call. It crossed the line into harassment.
Workmanship & service were fine. Just lose half the texts, calls and e-mails.
