The call center told me someone was coming to fix my windshield, after I asked did I need to drive to the shop, and no one showed up. I called 3 times to verify someone was coming and was finally told 30 mins before closing, the shop had no idea they were to send someone out. Then the call center said it was my fault. I have never interacted with a more inept, incompetent, useless group of individuals. Each person I spoke with should be terminated immediately. The only helpful person was Shawn at the Tomball, TX location. They put me through to her and she stayed late and tried to find an alternative solution. Thanks to her the entire experience was not a complete disaster. You all have to do better!! Not should do better, have to do better!!

The windshield of my 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE was damaged by a stone that caused a crack to propagate into the driver's field of vision. I was able to obtain an appointment within 24 hours of contacting Safelite. The technician Alex, contacted me by phone to inform me that he was available one hour before my scheduled appointment window. He gave me an expected arrival time and arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful. He explained the process and provided an estimated time to complete the replacement. He worked efficiently and took care to protect the paint on my car. He completed the replacement, removing and reinstalling my inspection sticker and EZ-Tag within the estimated time. He went above and beyond by answering my wife's questions during the replacement process. Prior to the technicians departure he briefed me on care of the windshield adhesive until it cures.
