I booked a mobile appointment, Edward Mendez made a lot of deep scratches on the car leather door panel while fixing the glass. Also he didn't fully suck out the glass inside the door, so everytime while closing the door I hear shattered glass sound. Would never recommend Safelite after such a pathetic job to my new car.

My vehicle was serviced a couple months ago and I paid over 700 dollars out of pocket to have both back windows replaced on my Toyota tundra the rep that apparently was being trained broke the driver side vinyl window trim/frame. The manager informed me it would be replaced free of charge and they would order the part and call me when it arrived to complete the job. No one ever called me and I called back Several times to find out the Seattle sodo location had been moved . Called all other local offices and got a terrible automated phone service with no help just a loop what a nightmare
