I had a very good experience with Safelite. My tech was Ryan, and he was awesome. I was impressed with the communication on the day of service. He kept me updated on arrival, the service process and was very timely with fixing my windshield and recalibrating it.

When I checked in, I reported that my Tesla cameras were not working, and that recalibrati9n could not be done. I also indicated that I would wait for the work to be done. Neither was transmitted to the tech working on the car. A lot of time was wasted while he attempted calibration. Too much time wasted.
