They did not fix my windshield in the time I had scheduled. Could not contact anyone. Did not call to let me know that they were not available. I would never use these people ever!

Front windshield replacement

First they ordered the wrong model windshield for my vehicle. So I had to wait for a new order. Then when they finally showed up. Travis the tech. from Sault Sainte Marie MI safelite company said they couldn't replace my windshield because the paperwork still said the wrong model and it could be considered fraud. Which was all their fault on the model. Travis then said that his equipment can not recalibrate my vehicle because it's a 2025 and is equipment is old and needs to be updated. Travis left doing nothing but saying he will call back for a reschedule after the first week of June. Through this whole process it has been over two months. This afternoon I received a receipt charging my insurance company $1350. 00. I called my insurance company and they are processing paperwork for a local shop that is highly recommended and it's NOT SAFELITE WHAT A JOKE.

This is the first auto I have owned where I received a broken piece of glass that needed replacing. The job was completed in a timely manner in the shop. However, the window leaked in the rain. Safelite came to my home and resealed the window. It does not leak anymore
