We called the claims department over a week ago because the tech that did our install cut the dash on the truck. The person I spoke to asked if the tech acknowledged what he had done. He did tell one of our employees that he had cut the dash. He did not put it on his receipt under technician notes. When I spoke with Safelites claim department they transferred me to the Salisbury MD location to speak with the manager directly since the tech knew what happened. The manger said he would be in touch with us last week to schedule a time to come to our business and look at the dash. I understand last week was a short week however it has now been 11 days since we spoke and the manager has not followed up on the incident.
We are very unhappy with the way this is being handled. If the manager at least called to follow up and schedule a time it would be appreciated.
