Safelite in Salisbury, MD did a good job getting me scheduled and performing the service, but now I have an annoying whistle every time I get up to speeds above 50 MPH. I stopped by to ask what could be done a couple of days ago and was promised the manager would call me back with options, but nothing so far. Hopefully I will eventually get a call back and they can resolve the problem before the whistle drives me totally crazy.

I was scheduled to have my rear window that was damaged in the storm replaced between noon and 5:00. The installer, Dion, called a little before 10:00 and asked if he could come early. The work was completed by 11:00. Installation looks perfect, cleanup was excellent. Could not have asked for a better experience.

James, from Safelight, replaced my windshield because of a large crack. He was very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and Safelight. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 12.
