We had a very personable young man to come put our windshield in our truck. He explained everything that he was going to do. He also explained why he would have to leave the wipers off of the truck because the actual wipers were bad. He was very thorough. Showed us everything that we needed to have done. And he did it. He was a delightful young man. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a windshield.

Tim from Safelite showed up on time and did an outstanding job. He was working when an elderly neighbor man approached and began conversation for about 30 minutes. Tim kept working while engaged in pleasant conversation and respect with the old man. That kind of person is a gift and Safelite can be proud of this employee.
