Perfect job and service. Second time with safelite and had two very good experiences.

Driver was proactive calling to confirm appt details. He later called to tell me we needed to reschedule appt because recent snow would prevent him form calibrating the safety settings in windshield. This was super helpful so we didn't waste time doing 1/2 the repair. We wee able to reschedule same week and get it done. Great communication.

The first scheduled time for me to bring the car to the shop, it snowed quite a bit. So it was rescheduled for the next week. That day it also snowed in the morning, but I brought the car in the afternoon. I sat in the office for 3 1/2 hours. it was cold in there. The chairs were hard. The bathroom door didn't close. And they still were not able to calibrate the eye-sight system. They scheduled a home calibration for the following week. It snowed, so it was rescheduled to the end of the week. (They checked the weather this time!) At 8 a. m. on the day the technician was supposed to come out, he called and said he couldn't do it that day because he would be starting at the southern end of his route, and I live at the northern end of his route. I explained that this was the 4th attempt to get this done and I could not wait another week. He said I could bring it into the shop. I did not want to spend 1 1/2 hours driving and 3 hours waiting in the shop. He said he would talk to his manager. I waited for the manager to contact me. After an hour, I called her. She said she would send a technician out as soon as he finished the vehicle he was working on. He did! Bless him. And he finished in less than an hour.

Glass replaced and everything done well. The only negative was that they were not prepared with the proper parts for our appointment, so they wasted our day the first time, but when they did the work it came out beautiful.
