Used the online method for setting up the appointment and paying, was super easy, guys were really nice when we dropped off the car. They were pretty fast too considering they had to clean up the terrible mess of glass that was partially frozen in the back seat DX Overall, awesome service and would recommend.

I used safelite again because I trust their service and I trust the technicians to be honest about the repairs.

I originally had an appointment set up for the mobile truck to come replace my windshield while I was at work. They called the morning of to cancel because it was too cold outside for the glue, which was very understandable. Rescheduled for the next day at their shop, the guy on the phone said to leave it at the shop and they will get it done. I dropped my truck off at 6:30 am, appointment was set for 9 am. I came back to the shop after work to pick up my truck and it hadn’t moved all day. I went in and talked to the guy at the front desk and asked what was up. All he could say was “it’s been a crazy day” and “I can reschedule for tomorrow and give you free wiper blades. Okay so we did the same thing the next day (very inconvenient for someone who works full time 7-4:30 daily) and I come back to pick up my truck. Not only did they give me the wrong windshield, but also didn’t bother to throw on the new wiper blades. I’m not one to milk out free stuff so I didn’t really care that much but I definitely won’t be returning here for future service and I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Safelite did a very good job of keeping me updated on the repair. The on-site agent was very thorough and certainly knew what he was doing.

I saw that there was a small chip in my windshield and I wanted to be proactive and prevent it from getting bigger. I remembered the Safelite jingle from TV and looked them up. They were very close to where I lived. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and came in to see them. I brought the car in and they told me it would be a half hour so I went for a little Pokemon Go walk and when I came back, the chip was fixed, the windows were cleaned and the service tech was very friendly and professional.
