The representatives in the office made me feel very comfortable with my first visit to their office. They were very clear in explaining what they needed from me and what they were going to do. We had to change the appointment from our home to their site (due to the weather). They let me choose my preferred time to bring my car in to accommodate my work schedule. They finished the work in less than 30 minutes. The technician who worked on my car was great to talk with as well. We were pleased with the overall experience.
