This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mobile service!! My windshield replacement appointment was set up for me through insurance, however SafeLite quickly contacted me for car location, details & instructions. The rep (I hate I forgot her name) was so sweet, informative and relatable, I enjoyed the interaction! Ronald was the tech who installed the windshield, salvaging the inspection sticker AND work diligently to beat an incoming storm. Unfortunately the rain came first, but he told me since the forecast was clear later that day, he’d come back AFTER my scheduled appointment time to get it done THAT day!! He was so understanding and accommodating, you should clone him (or have him train others) and should get a raise or a perk for handling the situation so personably and professionally! ¡Gracias!

I had a front windshield replaced over a month ago and still waiting for my window wipers which were part of the service. Day of appointment they did not have and went by a week later and still no. I was told they would deliver to my house and still nothing. I can’t get through directly to store and main number keeps disconnecting me. Online they say temp out of service. Terrible! Also, at appt there was a small scratch in window that the technician told me about but alternative was to wait another week and u couldn’t.
