I had my windshield replaced at home and the technician accidentally broke some clips that held the columns of my window together. Even though it was the responsibility of a different shop the manager, Greg of the Riverdale Store immediately went to find clips that would repair my columns. It was so nice to have someone just do the right thing without questioning who was really responsible. Greg showed great team spirit and leadership. He is a great asset to Safelite!

Riverdale replaced my windshield and it's been leaking since. They refuse to replace even though it's under warranty. And the manager refuses to talk to me about it. Horrible customer service. 👎

This young man showed up was extremely pleasant got right to work and freezing weather and was whistling most of the time he was putting the windshield in and I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to come and take care of our car and I want him complimented. He is a good man! You are lucky to have an individual who reacts in such a positive manner!!!

The mobile service was great. The tech showed up on time and did the windshield replacement in 2 hours. It was great having him come to my house. The new windshield looks great.
