My insurance company lined me up with Safelite. I had no previous experience with them. They were very polite and professional, including when I had to re-schedule at the last minute. When I arrived on the scheduled day, I was greeted warmly, and given an estimate of the expected repair time and the insurance deductible amount due upon completion. The replacement was completed well under the expected time, and there were no unexpected additional charges. I was given explicit instructions concerning things to avoid while my windshield was in its first few days after installation. I was very happy with my experience, and would have no hesitation working with Safelite again, and would highly recommend Safelite to others needing auto glass replacement.

Both the service and people at your Portland location were both excellent. The people were friendly, polite ,and courteous and the service was excettionly having been informed it would take between an hour to an hour and a half with it being completed in less than an hour.
