Safelite is an excellent company to deal with. Work was scheduled online just a day ahead, and having a technician or installer come to you is the height of convenience. No having to sit in a waiting room, although you can still do that if you like. My windshield was replaced, cameras recalibrated, within an hour, while I watched at home having breakfast.
Customer service is outstanding, both the corporate call center and my local outlet in Port Charlotte. There is a clear commitment to making the customer feel important and resolving all questions. Hint: In Florida, I believe insurance companies cover the entire cost of replacement of a windshield once a year.

I called Safelite to make a claim on my cracked windshield. It was really simple and got an appointment right away to get my windshield repaired and having a tech come to the house at the scheduled time.
