The technician was unable to complete the recalibration. I had a make another appointment to go directly to the shop that is thirty minutes away to have it done a couple of days later. When I finished up there, they had confusion about whether I had paid. I had a copy of my receipt from the first appointment showing payment. Now the windshield is making a whistling sound if I drive over 40 mph. I suppose this means I am going to have to make yet another appointment to get that checked. Overall, that has not been a good experience.
