Scheduled drop off for my car for window repair. Drop off box did not have any slips for me to deposit key. When I went in, employees were talking to eachother for a little bit before acknowledging me. When I went to pick up my car later, my keys were just sitting on the counter without any paperwork or anyone at the desk, and I had to get their attention to ask if I was all set to leave. Window repair itself was decent, though there was a scratch left on the interior side of the window frame. Not sure if they vacuumed inside the car. I had removed the majority of the broken glass prior, but assumed they would do the more thorough job at the time. However I still found some tiny pieces in the car (not sure if that is just to be expected though since it I understand it can be hard to remove every tiny bit).
