He realized after trying to put the inside trim pieces back on that it was the wrong windshield. He said the office would contact me on the details of getting the proper glass and scheduling the reinstall. A week and a half later, I hadn't heard anything. When I called to find out what the status was, no work had been done on it. Had to wait another week and a half for a Saturday install when I was available.
