Insurance company sent me to Safelite for windshield repair. Brought in on a Thursday to find that they had installed windshield but safety features would not work so they had to reschedule to replace with correct windshield. On first appointment they lost my car keys (replacement cost over $400). Had second windshield installed 5 days later still no car keys. Three days later still no car keys. Kept saying they think another customer took them but made no effort to retrieve them for me.

At 9:24 I received a text notifying me that the driver would arrive at 9:20. Almost 11:20 I was able to make contact with safelite. Driver claims he was at my house and office claimed they called. Neither occurred. Wasted my time.
