Very poor repair. While we were told it would not be cosmetic, the outside of the windshield was returned to us rough. It appeared as if no repair had even been attempted. We phoned Safelight and another location came to our residence to repair.

We're sorry to hear that the repair attempt did not meet your expectations. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield.
