I had my windshield repaired after reporting it on 9/3/19. The installation tore the rubber stripping down the whole length of my car, which is covered as part of the repair (per Geico's claim report); however, the manager at this store wants to argue that it is not covered. After three more phone calls, Geico finally explained to the manager that it is covered and needs to be fixed. 5 phone calls and almost 2 months later, still NOTHING.
Meanwhile, the rubber that has been loose and flapping against my paint has caused additional damages.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE - THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Technician was terrific. Had difficulty with getting work order straight and had to make a second
trip (30 miles one way) to have the glass windshield replaced. The problem was with the initial intake person somewhere in New Mexico. I live in Florida! Nearly everything she recorded was incorrect. Local guys in PCB were great....service center in NM not so good.
