The Paducah shop was great! Employees were courteous and work was performed quickly. Can't say the same for Corporate. Needed to change the date of service. The local phone number (which is not actually local) runs you through an extremely long list of auto responses. Never did get through to a live person. Fortunately, the Paducah shop called me due to a delay in getting the windshield for my truck. Short story. . . . . Paducah shop employees and work was excellent. . . . Corporate NOT.
