I was warmly greeted, got right in, and the service was done in 1 1/2 hours. I made myself comfortable in the nice waiting area while the new windshield and calibration was done. I called with one post service question on my way home and a phone call with the answer was promptly returned.

Technician did good job to explain the work to be completed and times. Should have asked the customer about the two parking passes on the window for removal and saving. Also needed to provide more details on how long before driving, washing, and removing tape. These all came later via text messages but was not said at the time of the replacement. This might be standard as most replacement probably happen when customer is not available.

The work was done as was ordered! Very friendly service, and did it in the time he said! Very friendly. The only thing I was not happy with is when they called to make the appointment, she never gave me the option of them coming to my home!
