I had an appointment for a Friday afternoon. Waited all afternoon and by 5:00 figured they weren't coming. Tried to call and got endless robot messages, not helpful at all. 2 Days later they sent me a new appointment for the next Friday. No explanation at all. When the guy showed up I asked why he didn't call--he said the phone number was for some other state--he had the area code as 786 not 785. I did eventually get the new windshield. Not impressed.
