No one did anything. They sent over a kid to smell our cars and he said he smells it all the time amd his nose was messed up. So great, someone who wasnt able to smell how strong it was even after over a week. I called around and two places said you shouldn't be able to smell it. My husband's throat and upper chest hurts from breathing it in. When I ride in the car and get out. . . i have the smell in my nose for hours. I can also taste it in my throat. I wasn't heard and no one did anythjng so im contacting the proper entities and i wont stop until this situation has been righted. I will contact an attorney and i have an upcoming appt with another place to access the situation and write out a document attesting to the smell.

Working with Safelite was just as easy as the commercials advertise it to be. The customer service was the added bonus. Super friendly people, extremely informative, and eager to be of service should anything go wrong. Hope I never have to use them again, but they'll be my first phone call for my next broken window!
