Customer Representative Leticia "Letty" was phenomenal, She made a gloomy day into a bright cheerful day. After my car got broken into, I went to the nearest Safelite office and behold I met Leticia with all smiles and her willingness to help me. She not only has a great smile but made my day by accommodating a date that would fit my schedule. I only wish I can say the same thing with the technician. Anyways, Letty is for keeps and I wish there are more of her in all industries.

Tom was great. At first I was going to take my minivan to their shop, but I changed location onto the peaceful street in front of a friend's house. Much more convenient! Tom did a great job and less than 2 hours. He had all the best amazing new tools. The new windshield was perfect and I have been driving on the freeway every day since with no problems. Plus an insurance quote was 3 times the Safelite quote! Safelite is fabulous and has been around for many years, even decades.
