My windshield became a maze of cracks after a fist-sized rock flew in from somewhere and smashed into it. Safeliite responded to my request with a mobile visit which ended with the technician concluding that, due to the unusual construction of the year 2000 windshield, it would have to be seen in the shop. This eventuality could have been avoided with a review of the windshield requirements BEFORE the visit. The 2 hour repair time became 4. 5 hours in the waiting room. But despite these set backs, the people of Satellite, being friendly and thoughtful, I recommend this company highly.
