Safelite email communication regarding the repair was outstanding. The repair was fast. But ultimately, I expect a company to excede expectations because they want to be 1st choice by consumers. My 5 stars is primarly because of the technitian , Joseph, he was polite, informative and his customer service was outstanding. His workmanship skills were also outstanding. Thank you Joseph!
