The day my appointment was scheduled. I received a call that my glass was actually not in stock after waiting two weeks for the appointment. I was now expected to wait two more I rescheduled for a Friday morning with a technician, but received an email for Thursday morning. I called back and was told only Friday afternoon would be available now. That was not an option for me so my tech made some calls and ended up miraculously locating my glass and getting it installed in record time that day. Not very impressed with Safelite but very impressed with my technician.

My appointment was for 9:30. I arrived on time and they were all ready to go. The website said to expect a 3 hour wait. They were done in 70 minutes! So fast! Looks great. No leaks.
