Ive been a safelite customer for 30 years, last week over two days you lost my business and its because you chose AI over people. Two days to talk to a real person when the website failed. By the time I finally got a customer service rep in some other place, I wasn't mad at her and I apologized to her because she is the person they eliminated here.

We called around 7:30 about a chip in my windshield by a little after 8, Ace was at my work ready to fix it. Super friendly, answer all questions to include my coworkers questions and was fast!!! Thank you Ace!
It took us FIVE tries to FINALLY get our windshield put in and when it finally got put in, the new windshield leaks, which shorts out the radio when it rains PLUS we didn't get our antenna put back on so don't have one now. We understand that one person is having to run the whole show in North Platte so we are cutting her some slack BUT you asked and we couldn't lie.
