Replacement appointment was easy to schedule online. Had to wait a few days because many appointments were taken. My installer, Stephan, called when he was on the way. Arrived at my work and went straight to work. It took about 2 hours to install and recalibrate the cars sensors and camera. They evan provided replacement velcro for remounting the Easy-Pass. Overall a positive experience, would use Safelite again.
