At first I called in and wast trying to do this through the phone system and it was not working. Then I called back and was talking to a very nice understanding lady and got everything all set. Lots of text and messages. And when Rusty came to install the window he was GREAT! Quick and done a GREAT job. I ask a few questions he answered them put my mind at ease. Great to know they are around when and if this happens again…. . no worries….

The installer ran into many issues with my vehicle. . . Although he was able to remedy the issues with putting in the windshield. It's beautiful! Thank you! Now it passed inspection.

It was quite the experience. The first appointment the guy never showed and had to reschedule. The second time another guy actually showed up and said he couldn't do it because of the weather. Which is understandable. Had to reschedule again. Third times a charm. Guy showed up and got it done. Explained to me the do's and don't's for the after care.
