The person that came out and did my windshield today. He was very professional plus I felt sorry for him because it was very cold outside. I told him if he needed to get warm up. Don't hesitate to come in and get warm. He never did. He stayed on the windshield until it got done. He cleaned the windshield and the side window that he didn't have to do. He was very professional. I do appreciate it so much.

Erin at the Nixa store worked with me to change my appointment from a mobile appointment to an in-person appointment at the Nixa store. I was greeted shortly after entering the store and my appointment commenced promptly as scheduled. I was informed after the installation that my appointment was used to train a new technician. She seemed to have done an excellent job.
