We had the windshield replace and need the trim replaced not ones not twice but three times, and now its gone again, there phone system does not allow you to speak with anyone and making a appointment where you not able to tell them what you need is not helpful when you know they don't have the parts on hand so it wont be fixed, ant there technician only comments on how much he hates my car,

Windshield & wipers replaced on 4/25:24. Not my primary vehicle; problem only recently discovered. Automated system kicked me out before being able to talk with anyone. Extremely unhappy being unable to speak with someone. I do not live close to the shop and am unable to contact anyone about this.

Initially I was not impressed that they rescheduled my shattered window out 1 week farther but when I did have my appointment they were done so quickly and even took the extra step to vacuum my whole rig.
