Safelite gets it right !
After going to a competitor years ago and having to return because they did a poor job I vowed to try Safelite if I ever needed a windshield replaced.Definitely recommend Safelite to anyone needing glass replacement on their auto.I went to the Safelite on Broad St in New London.

Service good, but long wait
I had a service window of 8-12 and I called at 12:15 because no one was here and I didn’t hear from anyone. I was told the tech was still at his last job but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I was waiting to go do things and had been all morning. Later they called saying he would be here within 45 min and he finally arrived at 1:20 because he had been over booked.
