I was told that it would take 3 hours to replace my windshield. Checked in 15 minutes before my appointment time. My vehicle was taken 45 minutes later, 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Waited for almost 3 hours, and at no time did anyone give me an update or come to me and tell me that they were running behind schedule.

I couldn't be more impressed with the whole experience of replacing my windshield. Booking online was a breeze. Constant communication from the company updating me on my appointment status to the driver providing advanced notice of arrival. Within an hour the work was complete. I would highly recommend Safelite!
