3 separate times Safelight had to cancel with me. Once due weather (fine) once due to a broken part, and another time as well. Additionally due to the tech's callibration equiptment we had to bring the car to safelight as opposed to them coming to us as we had originally discussed. Window is replaced so I gues I am good
