No one likes to have to have their windshield replaced. But if you need to have it done Safelite in Murfreesboro, TN is the place to go. It was easy to set up an appointment that suited my schedule (a Saturday appointment). The staff were extremely courteous. And my car was done quickly.

The Chip happened so fast. It wasn't there and then the next day the crack almost cut the windshield in half. I did everything online, it was easy. I picked for the technician to come to my home on the day and time that it was convenient for me. I paid deductible online and they even filed the insurance claim. My Tech, Alex was friendly and efficient. He answered questions without hesitation. The windshield looks great and I feel safe now. Thank you Alex !!!!

Satellite gets 3. 5 stars. . . they ordered the wrong windshield, the next arrived broken. . . the 3rd windshield, the technician was 1. 5 hours late. He did a great job, but my time is just as important as yours. . . be there when you say you will!
