Communication (text) was excellent with reminders and updates along the way. Job was completed in a timely and professional manner.
I would suggest however, updating your drop and go policy to enable dropping off the evening before. This would be more convenient than a 7:30-9:30 am window.
Brian, the manager, went above and beyond in helping me replace a center brake light.

The technician who performed the service was wonderful. I would give him 5 stars - However, the scheduling was a problem. It took three attempts over a period of weeks to get this done. Twice the part that was needed was broken, so they cancelled at the last minute. Unfortunately, the break was bad and the car could not be driven, so I was 3 weeks without a car. It was very inconvenient. I could not have the windshield replaced at another shop because Safelite had already gotten approval from my insurance. But, again, the tech was great and I was very happy with the work he did!
