Austin was absolutely kind and kept me informed of when he would arrive. I did not have a garage or a covering but he did not mind one bit, even when the wind was picking up! He said that he would have it all done in about an hour and a half. 30ish minutes later he let me know that he already finished. He was genuine, kind, and patient when I was dealing with payment processing on the online portal. Also, he had a little audience (my two toddlers) and that didn't even distract him from putting in our windshield perfectly! This guy needs a raise! Thank you again Austin!

Technician told me he could not vacuum the glass on my upholstery because they needed his vacuum at the Safelite shop.(I had to vacuum the glass with my own vacuum) Technician did not use a drop cloth and I spent close to an hour sweeping glass off the street, gutter and boulevard.
