Ricardo got here at the beginning of my appt window. Changed out my Ford escape windshield quickly and did good job making sure all my trim was intact when finished. He was able to save my inspection sticker which was a nice surprise. 10/10 super simple, no fuss.

The window replacement took over three and a half hours. Then once my car was given back to me the front dash was full of dirt and work dust. Then I still had to go to another location to get my inspection sticker back.

The scheduling process for my windshield was fairly easy, and the repair was done well. There were a few concerns for me. I used my insurance and had to pay the deductible, which had to be paid before the work was done. My appointment time was at 11. 00 AM, and I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. I received my vehicle back 8 minutes short of 4 hours. They provided me with information on how to get a new state inspection sticker for my windshield because they are not able to replace it. The windshield and the replacement wiper are fine.
