I went in to the Mesa, AZ store on McKellips Rd. Yesterday marked an entire week since I started this fiasco. The windshield is done. Customers came and went while I sat there for the full 2 hour experience. My hood was up on my car for the last 45 minutes with nobody near the vehicle. They didn't appreciate my aggravation and figured they would fuel it by making me sit. I'll never use Safelite again. Failure at the store level. Poor management.

This is the 3rd time I've had Safelite do my windshield. EVERY time they bring the wrong glass because of some issue with the rear view mirror. This third, and last, time they rescheduled me first because the tech got a flat tire. The next day they came out and lo and behold, brought the wrong piece of glass. The third time they cracked the new windshield installing it. As a nice bonus? He can't get the rear view mirror installed. So today I still have a crack in my windshield and no rear view mirror. Find another provider.

A week ago I took my vehicle into the Safelite on McKellips in Mesa to have my windshield replaced. The technician had some difficulties so I was there longer than expected. They keep me informed of the progress and supplied me with a new wiper for waiting patiently. Fast forward one week and I have a flat tire on the freeway, in a bad location to have stopped in. I am sitting in my car praying no one hits me waiting for the roadside assistance I had called for when a gentleman come to my passenger side window. It is no other then the Safelite repair man from the McKellips store. He recognized my car on his way in to work and turned around to help. If that’s not above and beyond I don’t know what is. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity your assistance was greatly appreciated. Safelite, thank you for employing people like Jimmy!

Just had my windshield replaced here. Laurali (sp?) was the customer service rep and she was very polite and professional, even when I heard her with other customers. Devin was the technician and touched base with me when he first started working on my car, gave me an update in between, and when he completed the job. He even let me know my insurance could cover the tint strip I had on my previous glass for the new repair. That extra bit of effort and customer service is so appreciated. Amazing experience! I waited at the shop and was in and out within 2 hrs exact. Recommend this location!
