Unorganized, took two attempts to schedule a windshield replacement. 1st appt was a no show, no call or attempt to contact me, the customer. 2nd appt was told I needed to take my vehicle to the dealer first to have the codes reset. . . not true. Then they were late coming to my home as they had to drive to another state to get my windshield. They had two weeks to prepare for my windshield replacement. Then each text I received beforehand had a different quote due for services. Had to contact customer service several times to get that straightened out. What a struggle to get "fast, professional" services as advertised on TV. I'm left shaking my head how they can stay in business. Total kaos.

I scheduled everything online. Was able to confirm the appointment online. 2 very capable people arrived on time. Received text notifications day before and day of appointment. Everything went very well. New windshield looks great

Safelite came to my house on time and the installation was quick, and looks great. He also vacuumed the old glass out of the inside of my door. 100% recommend.
