I was a little irritated that the time for the guy to show up was 8-12, and he showed up close to 12. I had so much to do that day. Also, his glue gun battery died, and he had to return to the warehouse in the middle. He asked if I wanted a new filter and wipers but didn't tell me how much.

Online scheduling was easy to navigate with open time slots to accommodate my availability. I had to get the windshield replaced on two of my vehicles and was able to schedule two times consecutively and have both done at once. Our technician arrived on time, was courteous, and was able to complete both replacements on time. I would use Safelite again!
