Service with a Pretty Smile. The man said 2 to 3 hours. . . it was a delightful 3 hour 15 minutes. Got to meet two awesome folks that run the show there. 2023 nissan came out of their everything done correctly. Inside rig all clean and shiny. Y'all are Awesome! Peace and God Bless!

The team went above and beyond to help me repair my windshield. Super patient when the car wouldn’t come off the dolly and provided a wrench to help get the safety straps off the tire! I was estimated a 3 hour wait and it was done in under 2 hours! Aaron and Ashley were very friendly and professional!

I went in to have my windshield replaced. When I made the appointment I was told that it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the service. When I arrived I was told it would be 3 hours instead because my windshield required recalibration. I explained that I had a job interview in 3 hours from the time of my arrival. At that time I was told that they would try to hurry and get it done quicker. To my surprise my technician Aaron, completed the service in 1 hour & 45 minutes. He even vacuumed out my car (much needed 😁). I believe it’s important to recognize people who go above & beyond to help someone else out. I made it to my job interview with time to spare. I was early and my interviewer even complimented me. That was more worthy for her. Thank you Aaron! FYI Safelite I think Aaron deserves a raise. I will prayerfully receive a call back for my 2nd interview this week 🤞

I scheduled services to get my jeep Cherokee windshield replaced would have costed me almost $400. 00 per quote and scheduled it on the 11/8/24 for 11/16/24 between 8am and 12 noon here it is 5pm on 11/16/24 NO CALL, SHOW OR TEXT we postponed plans missed a family reunion all because we were WAITING and WAITING, well safelite technician never showed up and here we are still with a broken windshield that will go to another place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISAPPOINTED just to be left hanging when I have chatted twice and called again NOTHING.
