Our technician Khalil arrived on time and was very friendly. He started right away on the windshield and took great care of the vehicle itself. He was very professional when explained the process and gave instructions at the end when he finished the job. He was honestly here no longer than 30 or so minutes, if that. I made an appointment online over a week ago and they confirmed my appointment for today via emal but when my appointment window passed without anything from safelight i finally called to be told that it is my fault because i didn't respond to phone calls. I asked why i wasn't emailed as the previous communications had and she responded with attitude and the response "well that's not how I do it". If you guys are not qualified to replace the windshield on my 83 VW bus then why book the appointment in the first place let alone confirm it and make we wait unnecessary for over a week? I have two vehicles that i need fixed but will definitely not here.
