The tech was very friendly and informed me that a 5” crack may not be entirely fixable. Ok no problem do the best you can. Well he scratched the car and tried to cover it up with black marker. Then I called to complain and a friendly receptionist said she will have someone return my call. It has been a week and no call. I have before and after photos of the scratches if you care to see them. The crack was only fixed about 2”
I have had great service from safelite in the past. Just not the case this time.
