Charles came to our home to replace our windshield. He was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and there were no questions. The job was done to perfection! the time management was amazing! his communication was outstanding. I would reccomend safelite to anyone that's in need of these services!

I had a windshield replaced in February 2026. Everything went well. We did not use an insurance claim for either service. I came back in March 2026. What are the odds two vehicles needing new windshields back to back, right? I was again very pleased with the quality of work. In March, I dropped off the vehicle in advance of the appointment time. When I returned to the shop, I discovered the shop was able to begin work before my appointment time. I only had to wait 10 minutes for my vehicle. The staff was especially helpful, polite, and in all ways courteous on the phone and in person. There was an issue with their computer processing my fee which was discovered after I arrived home. Staff took my payment over the phone. After closing hours, I discovered both payments were pending from my account. I called the next day and the matter was handled to my satisfaction quickly and professionally. I'm awarding 5 stars because the computer glitch was not the fault of the staff. It was a simple matter to fix and was done with utmost professional decorum. I would recommend and come back.

!st glass that was installed was cracked. Scheduled a warranty appt. Called to reschedule. Showed up with another cracked glass so he took it back and scheduled another visit. Finally got the new glass installed and it has some sheen on it that when the sun shines you can't see out it very well and now it is leaking. Will not use Safetlite again.

Blake is a very professional guy and did an amazing job. He contacted me well in advance to let me know when he would be stopping by. I kind of hovered over him and asked many questions because I was very interested in how the work is performed. He was very patient and happy to answer all my questions. I have to look really close to even find where the rock had hit my windshield and even then I have trouble finding it. I was hesitant as I usually want to replace the whole windshield, but I am so glad I went with the repair. I highly recommend this location and Blake!
