The actual replacement and the people I delt with were excellent. The problem is the lack of real people in the appointment process. I like to ask questions and that is hard to do with your automated system.

I was very pleased with the service from the technician and was pleasantly pleased with the website's ability to easily change the scheduled time/date of the appointment (because my vehicle was not available at my home for the originally scheduled date).
