I am really glad that Safelite has an option to have installation at your home, this was a big thing for me because it was convenient, I was doing things at home while my car windshield was being replaced. Arturo was the technician that replaced my window and he was very kind and really sweet and polite. This is the third time I”be used Safelite and the technicians have all been superb. Thank you once again Safelite.

Tech came out and initially could not do the windshield due to some rust. I quickly hit it with a wire wheel and automotive primer while he prepped the new glass and he was able to install. Nice to see someone adapting quickly and helping to get the job done. Would use again.

I had to have two separate appointments. Because when the technician came out for the first appointment, he discovered that there was damage to the windshield that he was provided. So maybe a little quality control before you send out any of your glass. The second technician came out and checked that windshield when he got here per my recommendation. Obviously everything was fine. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable it appeared. As well as polite and respectful. The work was completed. promptly courteously and quickly and a job well done. Gracias
