Would give zero stars but can't
They don't show up when they say they are going to. Evne after the location manager said there would be a tech there at a certain time.
Especially after they had canceled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times.
They also act like that is fine.
I believe that is not good business practice.

Original repair date: 10/28/24 Technician (Joel) didn't show up. I called and a new repair date was made for 10/31/24. Technician (Joel) showed up and then left saying that the repairs were finished. I checked the windshield a day later and it looked exactly the sa me. You could not see that any repair had ever been made. I called and spoke to Joel and he said he would come out to look at it on 10/07/24. He didn't show up. I called and nobody answered the phone so I left him a text, he texted me back saying that he had COVID. I understand people get sick but I waited all day for him and was not notified that he was not going to show up. He told me that he would come out to fix my windshield on 11/11/24. He did not show up again. No call from him, no explanation. I have used Safelite many times for my personal vehicles and also for the school district fleet that I work at and have always had good luck. I'm not sure why this is an issue right now. My patience has worn very thin.

The technician was on time, polite and took care of business. The job was done and he was on his way in less than 45 minutes !! Well pleased !
