I had my back window replaced in winter, when I brought it through the car wash this spring i noticed water running inside. I called the local office and they had me bring it in, and told me they were concerned I needed the manufacturer glass and that an OEM piece wouldn't work. They tried the OEM and then scheduled me another replacement. They did a great job of getting me in and out quickly, but also they took the time to make it right so I would not have a leaking back window.
