On April 29th my windshield was replaced in the event of changing it, Josue the repair person broke my antenna, he said he'll let his boss know, I also called and reported it. Person on the phone said they're order a new one and let me know when it comes in. Weeks went by so I called still no antenna, called the following week Lady said she'll check came back and said it came in , so we scheduled an appointment for June 11th 2026, The day of that appointment a repair guy said I have to reschedule because it didn't come in I told him my conversation with the woman who scheduled it and the antenna was in, that same day I get a message they reschedule my appointment for today June 25th I called today only to find out they rescheduled it to July 13th NO CALL NO MESSAGE. Next step SOCIAL MEDIA!!

Had an appointment and finished it the same day. Everything seems to be fine till the next day. I hop on my car and seen rear mirror fell in the ground. Looks like they reused the double sided tape that was on the old windshield.

Wheni first got there it was kind of tricky to find a parking stall, then there drop off box needs to be updated because it was all rusty and I wasn't about to drop my keys inside it. I went inside to drop my keys off, the girl in side was very nice and helpful. I told her I lived far and I wasnt going to hang around for the service to be done. I actually made plans to pick up the car the next day. I was so surprised when she told me it was done and I was able to pick my car up the same day. The glass they installed along with the new wiper blades looks great. The only problem I had was, that there was all this black powder or little specks of something all over the driver and passenge seat and all over the dash board and floors???? Not really sure what it is??? I know detailing inside the car is not part of the deal but. . . . . . . . I think you should clean up the mess that you made.
