My windshield replacement took literally half the time projected. The the assigned came out to meet me and following our conversation I told him I'd had a windshield replaced on another vehicle 2 years ago and there'd been a problem (wind and rain leak). He said I wouldn't have a problem this time because he had over 12 years of experience. I believed him and he was correct. The replacement was hassle free and appears to be PERFECT! I'm very happy. The only issue was that I'd also opted for the added service of new wipers and a rain coating. They were unable to replace the wipers as they were out of the long wiper blades. I significantly sit their parts ordering was up to the standards of their replacement service as I need the new wipers. Just drives me to another provider since their ordering system hasn't kept up with their use rate.
