Poor Communication from Safelite on ETA of my new windshield. and if i had to rate the customer service i received at the service center when i first tried to set up my appointment i would give it a 0. tried to set my appointment up on site and was told it cant be done there i have to call my insurance company. obviously not true. lack of customer service and lack of leadership on site.
