We contacted safelite regarding our windshield. We trusted that they would be able to determine whether it should be repaired or replaced. They opted to repair. We took the vehicle for inspection. The windshield did not pass and it needed to be replaced. It was a hassle but they did do the repair at the auto body shop. However, I am not sure why they did not do it correctly the first time.
