Improper safety measures (left fragmenting glass uncontained on my passenger side floor) and no verbal explanation or documentation left to explain that they had cut a chunk of glass off along with my inspection stickers. No insurance on their part to cover it. Very defensive proprietor when I called. Had to go to the ED because of a shard of glass when I was picking it up
