I got my windshield replaced and it took them 4 hours in the shop because they had trouble with the calibration. About 2 weeks later I come outside to find a big long crack in the windshield. I called and was told NO PROBLEM IT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!! Great, so my husband goes back to get the windshield replaced and of course they blame it on an impact and there is NO WARRANTY!! I would like to hear from ONE PERSON who has actually used the warranty and got a FREE replacement. I bet they NEVER do this!! I was told there was an impact spot and I CAN'T SEE IT!! These IDIOTS are such LIARS!! Now they tell me that the insurance won't cover it again so I will have to pay FULL PRICE which is over $1200!! NO WAY, I have insurance with a hundred dollar deductible and will get it done somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN will I go to ANY safelite--they are obvious SCAMMERS!!! Don't trust a word they say!!!

The Safelite tech, Oliver, called to let me know he was on his way and when he got here he was very courteous explaining everything he was going to do. He did his job inn a very timely manner and everything was to my satisfaction, a job well done.
